​Included in your monthly fee:

Well visits/sports physicals per the AAP schedule

Unlimited sick visits (including in-office testing for strep, flu, urine tests, etc.)

Customized holistic, integrative wellness guidance

Developmental screening

Nutrition and Sleep Guidance

Flexible scheduling, including same/next day appointments for sick/urgent visits

(in person or telehealth depending on availability)

In home package for newborns up until 2 months (driving radius applies)

Lactation support

Form completion

Care coordination with specialists

Direct access to Dr. Cross or Dr. Logue

*There is a $5 per family monthly fee to help cover the rising costs of medical supplies and keep our panel sizes small in order to provide high-quality care and access*

**Our office adheres to the routine childhood vaccination schedule.  If you choose to not vaccinate your child at all, our office will not be a good fit your family**

***We do not accept newborns delivered at home or at any birthing centers at this time***
